Bird Hunting
Southern Scotland is extremely popular for pheasant, partridge and Grouse shooting, with many quality estates to choose from providing excellent sport amidst mixed landscapes from grouse Moors to mature oak woodland.
For driven days a daily limit (bag) of 150 - 400 birds for eight or nine hunters is available. Days may produce bags including pheasant, partridge, woodcock and ducks.
Walked up hunting over dogs is also available and can be arranged to suit.
